Honey-Sweet Bread
I ment for this to be the first recipe. Ingredients are,
3 1/2 cup Gluten free flour mix
1/2 cup almond meal or mourning moos (or any other dry milk)
2/3 cup honey
2 tsp. xanthan gum
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons yeast
1/2 cup water
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 eggs
Grease two bread pans. Flowering will make gritty.
Combine dry ingredients and honey in a mixer.
While mixing, add water, butter, and eggs.
When entirely mixed, put dough in prepared panes.
Put the bread pans in the oven. Don't wait for it to rise, it won't.
bake for 50-60 min
Remove from pans to prevent soggy bottom.

Orange chicken
For a six and a half hour slow cook meal, orange chicken is a good thing to make. The ingrediants are,
6 chicken breasts, or three large ones
1 1/2 cups orange juice concentrate
6 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce
3 tablespoons cooking oil
3/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 tsp orange zest
3 tablespoons cornstarch
6 tablespoons cold water
In a slow cooker, place chicken, orange juice, mustard, sugar, soy sauce, oil, pepper, and orange zest.
Cook on low for six hours.
When done, dump everything through a colander into a sauce pan.
in a cup, mix cornstarch and water until there are no lumps.
pour cornstarch mixture into chicken drippings. Heat on med. heat until sauce starts to boil and thicken.
return everything to slow cooker for 30 minuets or until ready to serve.
serve the chicken over rice and top with orange sauce.
