I know that potatoes are gluten free, but I personally like the flavor of a sweet potato better. Just because this is a recipe for sweet potatoes, doesn't mean that you can't make it with normal potatoes.
The ingrediants are:
1 sweet potato
This is a rather simple recipe. All you need to do is cut the sweet potato into pieces about three inches long, and rather thin, no more than 1/8 inch.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and add oil and salt. Be careful not to add too much oil, or you will end up with soggy fries.
Bake until crispy, but after the sweet potato turns soft. When I did it, it took about 15 - 25 min.
